Shipping policy
1. SHIPPING AREA (FREE SHIPPING)
We currently ship to locations within the United States (except Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico), UK and countries with free shipping.
Scooters are shipped to Canada with a $200 shipping fee per scooter.
Additional $15 shipping fee for purchasing accessories separately to Canada.
We ship scooters by FedEx, DHL or UPS. And we do NOT ship to PO BOXES or APO.
2. DELIVERY TIME
In-stock orders typically ship within 5 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. (In the rare occurrence that we cannot ship your order within 5 days.)
For in-stock orders, we’ll provide the tracking number within 5 business days. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped. The carrier is UPS/FedEx. It may take 3-10 days for your shipment to be scanned by UPS/FedEx. For any third-party shipping, we cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation. Any delivery dates provided by Mankeel are estimates.
For pre-orders/backorders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.
3. SHIPPING CHANGES
a. NO CHARGE for changing the address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.
b. $20 WILL BE CHARGED when the in-transit shipping information shows that the change is successful on FedEx.
c. If you fail to cancel the item which is in transit, please reject the package and 10% of the scooter value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
d. If you apply to change your address after the order is shipped, we’ll apply to FedEx/UPS, but we can not guarantee that the information will be changed 100% successfully.
4. ORDER CANCELLATION
If your order is in transit and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the scooter value will be charged as a cancellation fee.
5. ORDER TRACKING
You can track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered one on www.mankeel-store.com. For more shipping information, send an email. We will get back to you within 24 hours.
